Accommodation Status

1. Accommodation has been arranged for all the participants within the IIT-Kharagpur campus. Some company participants may have to stay in a hotel outside the campus.

2. Transport has been arranged to receive all the delegates from KGP Railway station. A makeshift NLS booth will be placed just outside the Kharagpur Railway Station. Sufficient indicators will be therein each platform to guide the delegates to the NLS booth. NLS volunteers will take the delegates from Kharagpur Railway station to central reception in the IIT campus, where the delegates will be formally registered for the symposium. Delegates will be taken to their accommodation from central reception by proper transport.

3. Registration timings are as follows:

4. Accommodation charges are waived for students accommodated at Meghnath Saha Hall & Sarogini Naidu Hall of Residence.

5. Those who are accommodated at CEP Guesthouse and Alumni Guest House need to pay their accommodation charges to the respective Guest House in charge. Invited speakers need not to pay any charges for accommodation.

6. Those who are accommodated at SRIC building need to pay their accommodation charges at the Registration desk during registration.

7. Delegates should use their conference batch for using Library, computer centre and Hospital for the days of the symposium.

8. Delegates are requested to inform their arrival details to Dr. P K Datta (pkdatta@phy.iitkgp.ernet.in) at the earliest.
