Collaboration with regulatory authorities such as the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) by accompanying inspection teams during safety visits ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Close coordination with various departments within our organization, including Administration, Medical Centre, Security, and CISF. This collaboration facilitates the collection of comprehensive safety data, which is meticulously compiled into various reports such as the Quarterly Status Report on Safety, Health, and Environment, Industrial Hygiene Surveillance Report, Safety Management System Report, Injury Statistics Reports, etc. and submitted to the regulatory authorities. These reports encompass injury statistics, fire incidents, compliance status of safety audits, records of safety committee meetings, and more. This transparent reporting system and exchange of knowledge with the regulator facilitates continuous improvement in safety standards.
