RF Systems Division is responsible for the design and development of RF and Microwave components, high-power RF and Microwave systems for the various accelerators built at RRCAT, Indore. Development of klystron, IOT vacuum tube and Solid-state devices based high power amplifiers, low level RF control electronic systems, high voltage DC power supplies, Klystron modulators, waveguide, normal conducting RF cavity, coaxial transmission line & waveguide based passive components have been carried out. Because of critical nature and unavailability of many high-power RF and microwave components from foreign sources, special efforts were put for indigenous development of RF technology and systems listed below.
