Laser Control & Instrumentation Division (LC&ID) is working on design and development of control and instrumentation systems for various laser and accelerator projects of RRCAT and other DAE units. LC&ID also provides automation of various laboratory experiments and systems in RRCAT. The division has delivered machine vision inspection and metrology systems to various units of DAE.

This division has developed expertise in embedded systems, laboratory automation, SCADA systems, machine vision, instrumentation and motion control systems.
