Beamline Controls & Instrumentation Lab (BCIL)
Beamline Control & instrumentation lab (BCIL)is responsible for the design and development of control and interlock system for all the 26 frontends at Indus-2. As of 22nd March 2022, 16 bending magnet frontends and 3 undulator frontends are operational. BCIL is also involved in the design and development of beamline instrumentation, beamline control and interlock systems, personnel safety systems, data acquisition and graphical user interfaces for various user experiments.
